Japanese Ti (tee) Plants are normally dark pink. But after a freeze many of the leaves turned brown. Amazingly, when lit from behind the leaves glowed hot pink and orange! Almost like they were high on something.

Commercial cotton and synthetic fabrics, wax pastels.
Raw edge collage, machine stitching.
