Payment:
All payments are processed through PayPal's secure online
site. This site never has access to your financial
information. You can find out more about PayPal here.
Password:
Each class has a password. After purchasing the
class, you will receive an email - usually within 24 hours - telling
you the password for the course. You can then use the
password to complete your enrollment process. Per the User Agreement,
you MAY NOT tell anyone else the class password.
Privacy:
Neither Ellen Lindner nor her
representatives will ever share your email
address or profile information with anyone.
HOWEVER, unless you change your profile settings, the learning software
does automatically give your classmates access to some of this
information. It's very easy to change these settings, and you
can learn how in Edit
Account. It is recommended that you
make desired changes as soon as you receive confirmation of
your account.

commitment to privacy.
Class
Schedule:
All classes start on
a Friday. The first lesson will be posted by noon on that
day, Eastern time. Each subsequent lesson will be posted on
the following Fridays. However, each lesson is
available for two weeks, so they overlap.
Classroom
Discussion:
Interacting with your
classmates is one of the great things about any class. It's
still available in an online class, by using
a Yahoo group as a discussion forum. With it, you can send emails to the
class and to the teacher. You can introduce
yourself, ask questions, and even participate in show and
tell.
To keep up with the rest of your classmates, you can set your account to receive every email, or you can go online and read the posted messages, only when desired.
Using a forum is very easy, and it greatly enhances your learning experience. In a survey of one of Ellen's online classes, 100% of those responding highly recommended participating in the class forum!
